This professional development course explores how educators can integrate AI-powered and assistive tools to enhance inclusion and differentiation in the classroom. Through five interactive sessions, attendees will learn how to use AI responsibly to support diverse learning needs, create accessible materials, and foster student engagement. Participants will leave with practical strategies and a personalized toolkit to apply immediately in their classrooms. After completing this course, participants should be able to:

About Instructor

Norma Mjally

Norma Mjally is an accomplished Inclusion Lead and Advocate currently serving at Dubai Schools Al Barsha, where she drives initiatives that promote equity, accessibility, and inclusive learning for students of determination. With over seven years of experience in early intervention, special education, and inclusion leadership, she has worked extensively in Lebanon and the UAE to support diverse learners in reaching their full potential. Norma’s expertise includes individualized education planning (IEPs), differentiation, accessibility, and the integration of assistive technologies into everyday teaching. In Lebanon, she has led workshops focused on speech and language delays, as well as mastering social and communication skills, equipping educators and parents with practical strategies to foster meaningful progress in children. She holds numerous professional development certifications, including ADHD Solutions, Autism Education, Brain and Space (Duke University), and the ADEK Inclusion Policy Framework Series. Norma’s dedication has earned her multiple recognitions, including the Inclusion Advocate Award (2024) and consecutive Value Added Awards (2022, 2023) from International Community Schools. Passionate about empowering teachers and students alike, Norma continues to champion inclusive education by ensuring that every learner’s voice is heard and every potential is nurtured.
