Academic Leadership course – part 2

This course is the second part of ( The Academic Leadership Course ) which will cover the other aspects of how to be a successful academic leader.

The most important standards that are highlighted in this course are:

• (Leadership Development) including twelve topics that cover all aspects related to the leader’s thinking and character.
• (Photography, Thinking and Perception) including four topics, which covers all aspects related to planning, thinking and managing changes.
• (Connection and Communication) including three topics that cover the basic and essential aspects of team building and skills of influence and inspiration.
• (Supervision and Follow up) including three topics that cover sustainability, diversity, feedback and institutional loyalty.
• (Development, Training and Education) including three topics that cover types and skills of transferring Knowledge. Professional development, and plans and patterns of characters.
