Parent Involvement – Ras Al Khaimah Teachers Network

These workshops are aimed to equip all parties involved with the education of children, with effective methods, practical ideas, and important background knowledge through a highly interactive and participatory designed program at the level of the participants.

Course Content

Enable the school to activate a plan of action for a short, medium and long term program, involving the parents and community with the education and academic performance of the child.

Equip the management team/social workers/senior teachers/teachers of a school, with the knowledge and skills to train parents to become active partners in the partnership with their children’s school.

Equip the trainers with the skills, to transfer the background knowledge of various aspects of education, to the parents, ensuring the correct assistance to the students, in the fast changing world of Education and at the same time, eliminate confusion in the learning procedures, while they are assisting their children to reach the goal of international standardized education.

The newly found knowledge will enable the parents to improve their children’s academic achievements and become the knowledgeable, supportive parents we all strive to be as well as enhancing the communication and relationships between the educators and the parents, and parents and children.
